Wow, a huge shout out to Mike Shaw Motor City. I came in for an oil change and bulb replacements and because I waited an hour and a half they did not charge me for the work. I have gone to several dealerships, Al Serra, Daniels Chevrolet and Joe Ferguson. The customer service I received today was fantastic. I know now, where to bring my car for service. Thanks Mike Shaw. I was extremely impressed with the service crew. I took my truck their twice this year due to some damage caused by a collision shop in the Denver area that I won't name, but Anthony and his service staff did a stellar job and was top notch to say the least. They were very professional, efficient, and courteous and I don't have one negative things to say. Kudos to the service crew and I will recommend Anthony in the service crew to any and everyone that needs their GMC serviced.
I went into AutoZone to buy a car part and was sent over to Mike Shaw to pick it up. I had both kids alone and as they did their best, they still got restless. As I picked up the part looking clueless I asked if someone would be able to put it on even tho the car wasn't from there, they happily helped me. When the car was done I asked how much, usually mechanics are expensive, and they told me to go ahead and go, I don't owe a thing!
