Bought a 2018 Acadia and love the vehicle. New owners clinic is a lot of fun too. Learned all sorts of things about their dealership and maintenance for all of our GMC vehicles.
Bought a used truck from them. Due bill states that touch up paint would be taken care of. They did a great job on a big spot under the rear window. There was another spot above the passenger door on the roof. Looks like they took a blue sharpie and colored it in. You can still see the rust and they refuse to take care of it. We always receive first class treatment with the service department here and I will take my vehicle nowhere else! I have been lucky enough to work with Anthony Benson on most of my service visits and I could not be happier. He communicates and is always understanding of what we need. I can rely on the service department to get my car in the same day and to get it right in a bay, get me a diagnosis, and a timeline. Hands down the best service I've come across for my family's vehicle.
Time will tell but so far I am happy with Matt who sold me the car, Bryant who spent a lot of time helping me to understand about the loan and was really patience with me...then on Monday I had to take the car in for service and Luke had helped me...I bring the car back this Friday and I am sure Luke will see that its fixed....What I liked the best is that he called me back as promised and was straight with me on my questions about how long it would take ect.....My first time getting a car on my own and it was a used car,so ... read more
