We had a great experience at Mike Shaw. Oswaldo Cruz was very professional and charismatic. He, along with Manager Chris Manaois went above and beyond to meet our needs for our new truck. Marcus Mackey a finance manager also made our experience an enjoyable one. Everyone at Mike Shaw was personable, professional and never pushy.

Great experience at Mike Shaw start to finish . Ray Harris in sales took great care of us, and very helpful and friendly. Finance Manager Markus Mackey worked magic getting us a better rate than expected.
I had a great experience at Mike Shaw buying a brand new GMC Sierra. Bryan and the manager Darwin made the process easy with a no pressure vibe. The best part is that they worked with me to make a deal that even my wife could love. Everything went smooth even through all the paperwork with Marcus. After visiting twenty some dealerships, Mike Shaw had the best people and best deals.
While finishing paperwork up my wife heard my salesman Levi tell his coworkers how gullable we were and that he made out. Wouldn't recommend the used car department all crooks. Since then I traded the vehicle in and took a loss for 6k in one year. Learned more about the industry though, so I guess that's a plus.
