Wonderful experience buying a 2013 impala. People were amazing. Here's my issue, they showed me Carfax report on the car. Everything checked out it used to be a rental car. I later found out after having the car over a year that it had been in a front end accident and totaled then repaired and sold at a high dollar price. $14,000 is just way to much for a totaled car. Chris tired hard but it all came to a end when the finance manager Jeff came into the picture what a DICK couldn't leave fast enough!!!
I love my vehicle,salesman was not bad...they only had one financial guy working that day....place was crowded & we waited 2hrs just to do paperwork....this old couple on oxygen said it was there 2nd day back...& i felt sooo bad for them,they drove from out of town,these people need to get more help,we actually got in our old car & were leaving,when they chased us down & promised it was our turn, already had vehicle picked online.....so we knew what we wanted took 4 hrs to wait & purchase car!
We were sold a used lemon !Levie was really nice ! but our 2011 chevy travers has given us problems since we got it !!
