About this business
In 2001 Metzger's re-opened at its current location on Zeeb Road. The restaurant seats 189 people inside and also offers outdoor seating in our Biergarten. We still serve the same great food in a European atmosphere and the family tradition is still alive and well. The current owner John Metzger works multiple nights a week and his parents Walter and Ruth still enjoy dining at the restaurant throughout the week.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Every time we go service and food are great. I would highly recommend!
Food was phenomenal, waitress was great. However, we were told it was a 15-20 minute wait... It was a 45 minute wait. The restaurant is also too small, when there is a large crowd of people waiting, there's no where to go and the bar was packed. Overall, it was ok.
The food has always been great and the service has been pretty good for the most part! We will be back again and again!!
Great food. Delicious beers and true traditional family atmosphere. Always a smile and a full tummy when leaving! A resturant full of ambiance and culture.
