I thought it was a great experience and Jose Puebla was awesome, pretty funny guy. I think Buying a civic might be the best decision I've ever made as far as a car. Right now I love it, I think the only thing I would say is that I thought it came with heated seats and my model doesn't have that feature. Other than that I would recommend this dealer and this sales person. Maybe something they can add is some customized bags for moving the items from old car to new not just being given a plastic bag lol
Metro Honda is a rip off. I took my car in for a diagnostic check, they advise me that my compressor clutch relay was bad and charged me almost 400$. The part only cost about 12$ after some research I see that many Honda's have faulty clutch relays. Do your research before going to this dealer. They are very dis-honest, many friends advised me, but I thought taking it to the dealer is the safest. It's not, they are very dis-honest
