I bought my used Honda Odyssey from Metro Honda two months ago.This is the first time I had my car serviced at this dealer. I had an excellent service and Mathew Burch, the Service Adviser was very courteous and helpful. He fully explained the estimated cost and the final cost was even lower than the estimate. I will surely go there in future for my servicing etc.
Great experience in service with Vance Wilcox. Car was done on time and at the quoted price. Very pleased.
My advice to anyone buying a car from this dealer is check every inch of your car. I bought a 2016 Honda Accord and a month later realized it has a soft floor board in the back pasanger side. I have been dealing with this problem trying to get it fixed. Some reps here at Metro honda have been helpful and other just plain rude. I wish I would have the same customer service that I received while trying to buy a car smh.
I have been taking my car there for 5 years now. I have never felt cheated in any way. Yesterday I took my car in for a noise it was making. They fit me in even though they were already booked. Once I was told what it was and the price, I checked with a mechanic friend of mine. He told me that the price was right for what I was going to have done. Thank you Metro Honda for your help and to Ernie, the mechanic who serviced my car.

Excellent customer service, comfortable waiting room, and my car was done half an hour before they had said it would be. They even washed it for me. Great experience!
