This place is ridiculous, the salesperson kept my husband there for 2 hours waiting for their manager to get a quote (they made it sound like they were able to offer the price range that we want), and after 2 hours of waiting, the manager came out with an attitude and said that they were not giving us any discount and the price we asked is impossible. 2 hour wait not happy service advisor had a crappy attitude
They took rings off my tires and said it would not be safe to put them back on because they were worn out. The steering wheel started shaking when I drive over 65 and then they decided it would actually be okay to put these rings back. After inspecting the rings I’m finding the technician had damaged them upon removal.
I drove down the hill to Montclair after talking to a person on the phone. I got there and I wasn’t really helped. One of the Salesman said to come back tomorrow and the deal is done. I came back today and left with no car. I was promised a deal would be done on my terms. Drove away empty handed. I was given $10 cash for my troubles of coming down the hill back to back days. Never again with these people!!!!
