I had an excellent experience with my Service Advisor Vance Wilcox from Metro Honda. I had taken my 2014 Honda Accord in for a recall of battery sensor. Also had an error message, forward collision system failed. Vance kept me updated and let me know the part for the forward collision sensor was on back order and could take awhile. Thank God for mechanical breakdown insurance. Vance assured me I would not be inconvenienced. Vance contacted my insurance, rented a car for me at no charge. I had my car back within a week.
