I was having issues with the Service Department in regards to work being done correctly. I spoke with Keith Bradshaw, Sales Manager who resolved my issues in a timely fashion. Not only was he the only one that took the time to listen to my concerns, he followed up to ensure the issue was corrected. Very professional. I highly recommend speaking to him if you have any concerns with your Honda.
I’ve been taking my vehicle so them for over 10 years. Everything from oil changes the timing belt and water pump’s. Radiators all the way up to a full engine change. Never again. I called them up to have a recall on my truck they promised me a loaner vehicle. When I got there they said they don’t do that. This dealership treated my senior mother like she was trash. They kept her car for 4 months, never returning her calls, giving her excuse after excuse when she did stop by and completely screwed her over with her insurance claim.She was then told to pick up her car and it sits dead in the lot. Great work. Gave me a ride to my medical appointment while they were working on my car. Very friendly environment.
We took my car in for an appointment at 12:45 and were waiting for them to finish since we live almost an hour away. My husband told them he was waiting for for the car but that he was going to walk around the area. And they all went home without telling him they were suddenly going to keep my car overnight and now have my car hostage. And he’s stuck in Greeley.
