I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I am trying to lemon law my vehicle after taking my vehicle in 3 times for the same problem only for it to be unresolved. They never want to get their manager to listen to my concerns, and when I ask for a pamphlet on the alarm system they have me something that looked like it was from 1994 and said they didn’t have much because the alarm system was an old model. I bought my car 1 year ago and have had the alarm replaced twice. And old model huh? Ain’t that something.
So pleased with the service department and our service advisor, Joseph King! We’ll be using them again for sure.
Who let’s you walk out of a dealership?? I have never ever been to a dealership that didn’t try to work with me!!! Very disappointed in Metro Honda
My service Advisor Joseph was so friendly and respectful .. leaving my car to be worked on was a very smooth transition.. The waiting area is very clean and welcoming for the return of my car .. I would truly recommend Metro Honda

Bait and switch tactics. Jack wasted my time in agreeing on a price, running credit, then saying the car just sold. But, they had a different color available. But, if I really wanted the first choice color, just add $250. Keys and ‘dibs’ on a vehicle are held for prospective buyer so that it’s not sold from under the potential buyer. Total BS to extort an additional $250. No ethics that I was warned about. I would not doubt this lack of ethics and greed trickle down from the GM.
