They were very nice and the oil changes are in expensive.jiffy lube costs double and they can ruin your oil pan they don't have the correct wrenches that are only used on Honda's. The only difference is your time. Jiffy lube is fast and dealer is longer but make appt and they have free WiFi, coffee, and vending machine and it didn't seem that long at all. very satisfied with my car and service i recieved.

I called for a service appointment (tire rotation and oil change) was told to come in at 10:30 am for my service. When I got there Michelle Camacho was very uninterested in helping me.. In fact she passed the buck and when asked to move my vehicle by her manager she snapped at him and shouted I’m busy! Wowww the customer service skills are lacking! I would never treat a customer like that.
Es una basura ese lugar , fui por un cambio de aceite de mi Civic, y los muy pendejos dañaron el filtro de aceite y así lo dejaron al día siguiente en mi casa me fijé que estaba todo tirado el aceite tuve que usar druga para que movieran mi carro y pagarle a un mecánico para que viniera a revisar, cuando fui con el encargado de este negocio pensó que estaba bromeando o qué le estaba mintiendo,le dije que como era posible que fueran tan pendejos que yo confíe en ellos y resulta que son una mierda prepotentes.e pago muy a la f... read more
Easy same day appointment and service on my new car. A factory recall was handled with efficiency and quickness!
They sold me a brand new Honda Clarity that over revs the motor and has a grinding sound and is trying to say that it is normal. I they had disclosed that information to me I wouldn't have bought the car! The car is quirky and I can live with it but the noise is horrible and embarrassing when someone is in it. Do not buy this car!!!!
I am very not happy with your service! I wrote a e-mail and your employee April 11.07 responded after this complete silence from you. So do not do business! I have already found another dealer and I am happy to work with them.😠😠😠
