The Service Advisor was very friendly and nice. They took me right in even though it was a busy Friday. The car was done in the time that they said it be finish. The place is comfortable to hang out while waiting. I enjoy going to get my car oil change
I had an excellent buying experience with Metro Honda. Julie Kim was very pleasant, courteous and professional. She quoted a price and in less than 10 minutes everything was settled. Alexis explained all the features with incredible patience until I fully understood how to operate all features. We were in the dealership less than 2 hours from start to finish.
