Metro Honda is over 20+ miles away but so worth the drive. Not only did I purchase my 2017 HRV here but I also drive here for all my service needs, mainly because of the professional customer service, not just by the sales team but also the service department. This is my second scheduled service and both times, Vance has assisted me. He is welcoming, helpful and very professional. Keeps me informed on the status of my car and answers any of my questions. Vance definitely makes me feel like a valued customer.
Joseph King always helps to make a car service day a pleasant day. He is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been having my car serviced at Metro Honda since 2001 and I always have peace of mind when I know that Joseph is there to provide excellent service. I also appreciate the tables with receptacles in the center for recharging cell phones and the free Wi-Fi. Joseph King is outstanding at customer service! The last time my husband was there he would have given zero stars ( a few weeks ago) as no one was helpful and their response was to my husband’s concerns( I had gotten an email from Metro saying my car was due for a 15,000 mile check, which every person he talked to said that service doesn’t exist) bordering on accusatory. One year ago today, we bought our car from Jimmie Thompson. We took it in today for service. Michelle Camacho checked us in. Both are good people to deal with, and our car was ready 1/2 hour early from the estimated time. Couldn’t be more pleased. Good people, good service. Jimmie isn’t your regular high pressure salesman, and Michelle is friendly and efficient. I’d recommend either of them for...well, anything they’d want to be recommended for. ;)
