My new appliances were delivered and installed this morning. Couldn't be happier. � Thank you, Tom, for all your help and thanks also to the guys who delivered and set it all up. Had some tight spaces to work with, but they all handled it great!!

Ask for Tarah Duncan and Linda Johnson! They have EXCELLENT customer service and continually go out of their way to serve the Tulsa community. Very impressed by their whole crew!

This place is a joke.. A ripoff.. that charges outstanding prices. I got a thermal cut off kit for my kenmore dryer from them and was charged $48.95 for it. my dryer blew the cutoff off fuse so I had to get another. I called four or five places and the price ranged from $14 - $17.. I then called walmart and found the exact item for $7.95 .. I Called Metro to see if maybe I was charged wrong for the item But was told it's because it was a whirlpool part. Ummmm. ... Wal-Mart's is a whirlpool part also..

We ordered our new Speed Queen Washer/Dryer from Metro- we love them, but more importantly we LOVE the guys that delivered the set. They found an issue with our gas line and alerted us immediately. They saw the issue through and followed up with us to make sure everything was OK. I will go to Metro for all my appliance needs in the future.

Great experience buying our appliances at Metro. Tom is very knowledgeable and informative. Showed us what we asked for, not pushy at all. Prices were equal to or better than anywhere else on all 6 pieces we bought. We were also able to leave our appliances at the store while our new house was being finished. Called to schedule delivery and installation and it was very easy to set-up. Delivered the products as scheduled and installed them seamlessly and professionally. I panicked when my 21 year old stove went out this summer. I have always bought appliances from a local dealer that recently went out of business. I was afraid I would not be able to find the same level of service, but was more than pleasantly surprised to find Metro was everything I expected in an appliance dealer. Better price than the big box stores, knowledgeable sales people, and fast courteous delivery and set up!
