Bought w&d. Hauled myself. They didn’t give me my dryer cord. I live 45 miles away. I ask them to just mail to me in padded envelope. They said we don’t do that! I asked two different people to mail to me and they both said same thing. It was their fault I didn’t get it. Obviously no service after sale.

I strongly recommend Metro Appliance. I mistakenly ordered an electric dryer rather than a gas dryer. When the installation man came he noticed the difference. I called Metro and they were wonderful to work with exchanging out for a new one and even making sure installation was done the same day. I do not know any other company that would work so hard to help a customer who made the mistake and created such a fiasco. The installation people were polite and professional. Excellent service from the minute we walked in the door to the minute the delivery/set up guys left our home. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and educated us on many washer/dryer options. This was after going into the “big box” stores and receiving no helpful assistance. Prices were very comparable as well. I’d pay extra to have the help we received.

I purchased a brand new Whirlpool stove from Metro for my new home and the control panel in the stove is bad. I called to get a replacement and I am being told I have to go through the warranty. I would completely understand this if I had the stove at least even a month and it went bad. This is a brand new stove that I purchased 7/31 with my home and they will not replace the whole stove. Very Bad Service.

I have bought a few things in this store. First time my experience wasn’t bad. But not the best. Second time I walked in to look at dishwashers and microwaves and was in the store for 20 minutes and not one person came over and asked if I needed help. Guess they didn’t want my business. Yes there was employees available to help they were not that busy.
