Bought my first couple appliances from here this week. Glad I heard about them! I needed a washer and dryer and QUICK! Seemed most places wanted to order them but metro had a huge selection in stock! Tom was excellent to deal with and the guys who helped load were very polite and helpful! Will be doing business with them again soon!
Working with Gerrie couldn’t have been easier. I drove a few hours to pick up my item, and she went out of her way to make sure I left the store a satisfied customer. Proud new owner of a Bosch induction oven.
I called for my mother-in-law because her landlord now requires her to fix her own appliances in her apt. The other place we called wouldn't sell us parts because we didn't buy our appliance from them and the part from you all was going to be 4 times the amount the other place charged. I just want to cry happy tears and thank you so very much for helping her out! She raises a couple of our nephews and we just had to help her buy a new vehicle and pay for repairs on it then her oven went out on her right after. I will forever... read more

My close friend worked there.
My old stove blew on me went there to order a new one. They said I could get one delivered and installed on May 22. It is May 29rh and I still have no stove.

I have checked with the store and understand that you chose not to take a temporary stove once we found out yours would be delayed. According to our vendor, yours should arrive at our warehouse today and we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your business and apologize that the stove was not available as early as we were first told by the manufacturer.
I'm really upset. It will be a month tomorrow since my dryer has been broke. I understand the initial delay and waiting for part to come in before coming out to service. Is it the consumers fault or shows right expert direction to rely on consumer to know the true issue??....but ok...I tried to stay patient. Correct parts ordered 5/2 but here I am tomorrow being a full month and had to call and not all parts in yet?? Still bet u it'll be another week b4 fixed......never again....should have just replaced the dryer altogether... read more
