RecommendedRecently, my refrigerator went out. I went to several stores and then went to Metro. Metro was the only store that took the time to help me find a refrigerator that would fit my space and was available. Also, the delivery guys were polite and professional too. At a time when I was really stressed due to no refrigerator and all the issues in today's world, I am a little happier now. Thank you Metro for having knowledgeable employees that care about your customers. You have earned a customer for life!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, can’t follow through on promises. No communication. Make you feel like you have the nerve to ask them about YOUR order- they have no problem taking money and not delivering.
RecommendedOur saleman Troy was great. I had issues with the dishwasher I purchased with the appliance package for our home. He worked very hard with the rep and the Joplin store to make things right for me. I now have a new dishwasher that works great. Thank you Troy for all the effort you put into making me a happy customer.

RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff! We went to many places in Joplin looking for a refrigerator and nobody had anything in stock within our price range... But we needed a fridge immediately.
