I purchased a brand new Whirlpool stove from Metro for my new home and the control panel in the stove is bad. I called to get a replacement and I am being told I have to go through the warranty. I would completely understand this if I had the stove at least even a month and it went bad. This is a brand new stove that I purchased 7/31 with my home and they will not replace the whole stove. Very Bad Service.
We have purchased all our kitchen appliances from metro. They have a price match and are easy to work with.
Working with Gerrie couldn’t have been easier. I drove a few hours to pick up my item, and she went out of her way to make sure I left the store a satisfied customer. Proud new owner of a Bosch induction oven.

I'm really upset. It will be a month tomorrow since my dryer has been broke. I understand the initial delay and waiting for part to come in before coming out to service. Is it the consumers fault or shows right expert direction to rely on consumer to know the true issue??....but ok...I tried to stay patient. Correct parts ordered 5/2 but here I am tomorrow being a full month and had to call and not all parts in yet?? Still bet u it'll be another week b4 fixed......never again....should have just replaced the dryer altogether... read more

We ordered our new Speed Queen Washer/Dryer from Metro- we love them, but more importantly we LOVE the guys that delivered the set. They found an issue with our gas line and alerted us immediately. They saw the issue through and followed up with us to make sure everything was OK. I will go to Metro for all my appliance needs in the future.
