Recently, my refrigerator went out. I went to several stores and then went to Metro. Metro was the only store that took the time to help me find a refrigerator that would fit my space and was available. Also, the delivery guys were polite and professional too. At a time when I was really stressed due to no refrigerator and all the issues in today's world, I am a little happier now. Thank you Metro for having knowledgeable employees that care about your customers. You have earned a customer for life!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, can’t follow through on promises. No communication. Make you feel like you have the nerve to ask them about YOUR order- they have no problem taking money and not delivering.

We bought a refrigerator in October and started having issues with it 3 days after delivery. We are on the fourth service call and despite problem after problem, they won’t exchange this lemon of an appliance. We will never buy from them again.
Worst company in the world! Service and follow up are horrific!
Metro appliances gave excellent service! our refrigerator went out and I was able to get a new one delivered that morning! The gentleman were very respectful, quick and pleasant to work with. Lamar was our sales representative and did great finding what we were looking for. Thank you Metro , you've gained a life long customer!!
I strongly recommend Metro Appliance. I mistakenly ordered an electric dryer rather than a gas dryer. When the installation man came he noticed the difference. I called Metro and they were wonderful to work with exchanging out for a new one and even making sure installation was done the same day. I do not know any other company that would work so hard to help a customer who made the mistake and created such a fiasco. The installation people were polite and professional.
