Horrible buying experience yesterday. Sold something promised out beneath me because salesman was "to busy checking someone else out" after he had been working with me to pick out all my appliances! Was buying for my entire kitchen and laundry room, left and told them I would go somewhere else.

***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** We purchased a GE washer and dryer from Metro in 2015, along with an extended warranty. Two years later I'm needing the door latch fixed. I call them, they gave me a number to call for their service Dept. Which was only a recording with other phone numbers to call for services through a manufacturer. I took down the numbers and called GE. GE told me they were going to charge me for a service call if I went through them. She then found me another to call...Continue Reading

Terrible service department. Refused to service my appliance despite being an authorized repair center.

When we purchased a new build, they used Metro for the appliances and offered a credit to use them. We purchased a fridge and washer/dryer with them. Within the 1 year warranty, we had their service dept out to look at the fridge since we were having trouble with the ice maker/dispenser. They called Samsung and apparently there was nothing that could be done. Now, 1 year and 7 months after purchasing (7 months out of warranty), the ice maker is no longer making ice and we're left to pay the expense of having it repaired. So ... read more
