We bought a refrigerator in October and started having issues with it 3 days after delivery. We are on the fourth service call and despite problem after problem, they won’t exchange this lemon of an appliance. We will never buy from them again.

RecommendedThank you Metro Appliance!!. GE refrigerator quit working- OF code showing on ice/water display. Called Star Appliance first and repair person comes to house and states will call GE to find out about code. Called Star the next morning, was told repair person working on it. Star called later that afternoon and stated I needed a new $500 display and most likely a $1500 compressor. RecommendedMetro appliances gave excellent service! our refrigerator went out and I was able to get a new one delivered that morning! The gentleman were very respectful, quick and pleasant to work with. Lamar was our sales representative and did great finding what we were looking for.
