Took the birth care community/family tour. Michelle answered all my questions. The facility looked well maintained and the security measures on the birth unit were in full evidence! I look forward to meeting my first grandchild in the birth center
My son was at Mercy for a minor surgery. We as a family really appreciated how well we were taken care of, from the pre-op visit from nurses, the surgeon, and the clergy, to the post op visit with the surgeon, and the attentive nurses all the way through recovery to discharge. Thank you for all you do.
The only person that acted like they cared was the guy who drew blood. I don't know his name but he was six foot six and super friendly. My son was having chest pains and also radiating pain of his neck that was pulsating . they took us back and put us in what they called a family room. It was more like a room with a bunch of folding chairs stacked up in the corner. The girl came in to do the EKG and then another one came in to take him to chest x-rays. This is my usual hospital I struggle with endometriosis everyday have for about 10 years today I go there because of my pain and at first it was fine I was attended to and treated well even considering how busy they were but than shift change came in or that's what I was told I asked to have someone unhook me so I could go to the bathroom and asked for something to drink they left me there for 3 hours I called once an hour for 3 hours to ask if someone was coming to take me to bathroom than this nurse wants to discharge me I... read more

I just gave birth at Mercy 10 days ago and I had the most amazing experience! All of the staff is so caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They were at my beck and call, they made me feel special and they addressed any concerns or questions I had. It was also awesome to be able to order food at 3am or whenever I felt hungry! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
