RecommendedMy husband became very I'll and we went to Mercy Urgent Care north. The Dr who saw him did flu tests and came back and told him they were negative and looked at him and told him he looked very sick and she wanted him to go to an ER. Asked which ER we wanted to go to because she was going to call ahead and give them a history. We choose Mercy since she was so kind at the Mercy clinic. The only hospital I will ever go to. Very professional and caring.
Wish there was an option for zero star because refusing to see someone just because they don't have health insurance is straight up bs! But the man ahead of me was giving a free pass???

Every time we have an ER visit we have been treated with care and respect even when it was obvious that the patient load was heavy. Sometimes it seemed forever to get discharged but they have to follow protocol. Every person there could not have been nicer.
Mercy hospital just denied me medical care because of lack of insurance even though my doctor feels that it's important that I get this test taken wtf and I tryed posting this on there page and it would not let me
Dr. Aucutt and Brian (our nurse) were incredibly kind and compassionate during a difficult visit this weekend. They made a difficult experience as manageable as possible. Thank you for taking care of us with knowledge and grace.
My sister, who was a patient of Dr. Bertroche, received a letter about Dr.Bertroche leaving. However your letter was not professional and left several of her patients hanging, wondering , concerned about their next step & why Dr Bertroche had left?? Your letter was plain rude and uncaring for her patients. My sister was quit upset to say the least.
