Mercy is absoutely amazing. Most all of my doctors are amazing, but out of all my doctors I see Jill Petersen is the absoutely best. She isnt there for a paycheck. She is there because she actually cares about her clients, and loves what she does. I have a hard time trusting people and with her, I do not feel judged or feel like just another client to her. She truly cares. I feel comfortable and safe telling her how I feel and things that I havnt been able to tell other people. She is amazing....and I have spent years hating... read more

I just had my third Baby at Mercy and once again was treated wonderfully. The nursing staff in labor and delivery are amazing and caring.
Top notch care during two recent surgeries. Recommended.
Basically had my ankle rebuilt last week. The staff was amazing, the care impeccable. My surgeon called the night before and the evening after the surgery, which was very comforting. There was also a follow-up call from a nurse, who was able to answer my remaining questions. The ONLY thing missing was a hug from sister Peg..I was not aware she had retired. She will be sorely missed. Mercy is definitely our care provider of choice!!
I came from St.lukes where I was treated like a number to Mercy who treats you like a person. Thank you everyone that works for mercy for your kindness and for your respect that I have been given.
