When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at 31 years old, every single doctor, nurse, tech and volunteer made the whole process so much better. I will never ever go back to St. Luke's because of the wonderful care I've received at Mercy.
I tried to give the hospital a one star rating but for some reason it wouldn't let me. I have never experienced a group of more condensing doctors and staff then I did tonight. The level of care was substandard. They have all the fancy computer systems but for some reason each new doctor or nurse would ask the same series of question. Came to the hospital for help and seem like all they had that night were lectures. Sad just sad

Had a great experience I came in unable to breathe wheezing I was seen within 5 minutes of being there the doctor I had had Gregory Taylor in the nurses and respiratory therapist was amazing.. they made me feel at home it was very clean and sanitary I want to thank you guys for giving me great care.. michelle worcester
as a patient the staff was very kind caring and compassionate. I also worked at Mercy for over 10 years, I loved the family friendly atmosphere. If I was still living in Iowa I would still be working at Mercy.
Mercy is friendly and professional. Would appreciate it though if the security team was treated with care and respect and given equipment to defend themselves.
