Nice hospital, nice, caring staff. Knowledgeable physicians, nurses, etc. They treated me well.
Mercy hospital personnel were kind, considerate, and efficient. They explained everything as they went through. They took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. They took my allergies seriously. Everybody knew what the job was and carried it out. Also once you get into the parking ramp; it was very well marked for 2nd floor surgery south.
Had very good nurses and doctors! All of which helps! So Kudos to those in surgery center and recovery! Enjoyed the conversation with one of the recovery nurses about our dogs �
Used to love this hospital and staff. But, the communication between staff AND patients sucks. Daughter just had her 1st baby here and now she will never come back. No one was on the same page. Today, I brought my mom into emergency and I have only had 1 nurse acknowledge what I was saying. St Luke's from now on.

I took my 10month old baby in at 11:00pm. At 12:47am we finally got a room and a nurse came in shortly after. My daughter had a temperature of°103.1 which she took rectally??? And looked into her ears, she said a doctor will be in soon and she was going to get a dose of Tylenol for my baby and would be right back. At 1:44am I left with my sick screaming baby to go to Walmart and get her Tylenol that the nurse never came back with..
