I just had shoulder surgery yesterday. And even though that was the reason for my visit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in the Mercy Birth place earlier this evening because I thought I lost fluid. I was completely freaking out in my head. (Im only 30 weeks) I had this amazing nurse. She literally made my anxiety go from a solid 10 to practically nothing. Dawn S. Seriously needs a raise, she answered all of my questions, was very attentive to my concerns and needs. There are no words to express the wonderful experience I had this week at Mercy. I had a hysterectomy by Dr. Bourgeous, an incredible man with a fantastic bed side manner. From the gals at PASE all the way to the surgery team and each nurse and tech I came across, it was top notch care hands down. The 24/7 room service with a menu better than most restaurants, I truly hate to go home today! Kudos to the Mercy team!
