Mercy has totally screwed up billing for my college student.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The Pediatric office is wonderful. They really care about their patients. When we had an unexpected trip to the ER, the nurses and the PA who saw us were great!!

Yesterday, our grandson Colin was at school showing a friend how to swing a golf club. Colin was accidently hit with the golf club next to his eye, shattering the nose bone and eye socket. All our family here was beside him for the 12 hours that followed! In surgery, the doctor removed crushed bone that was pushed into his sinus cavity, put in three titanium plates, sewed him up, all in all, 2.5 hrs surgery...he is doing so much better! Even tho I worked for ten years at St. Lukes many moons ago, I gotta tell you there is a difference when you go to Mercy. I've had several surgeries at Mercy & radiation, I couldn't have been happier w/ the Mercy touch. There Mercy Home Health Care is also up & beyond.....we are so fortunate to have such an excellent hospital in CR.
