I just had shoulder surgery yesterday. And even though that was the reason for my visit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So many good people who clearly enjoy dedicating themselves to the wellness and comfort of others. You are all awesome! So helpful, supportive, informative & kind. We needed a family Dr and got hooked up a wonderful breath of fresh air Kristen Bockenstedt ARNP. She is really on top of stuff. Way to win back my faith in Mercy after what you did to my family's long time family Dr Bertroche, hope you don't do that to this awesome lady.

I was in the Mercy Birth place earlier this evening because I thought I lost fluid. I was completely freaking out in my head. (Im only 30 weeks) I had this amazing nurse. She literally made my anxiety go from a solid 10 to practically nothing. Dawn S. Seriously needs a raise, she answered all of my questions, was very attentive to my concerns and needs. Was a terrible experience for my wife. Took her there after the nurse and ER doctor told her to go to Mercy Care South if her pain continued. She came out to the sitting area nearly crying. The doctor yelled at her. I wish I would have gone in the room with her to wait for the doctor. Won't be going there and telling our friends of this horrible experience.
