best experience ever. spent the night in the peds unit and felt more than the mercy touch. the doctor met us at the elevator after the pediatrician. their confidence and concern for our comfort with the nurses that helped us through this week was above reproach. Even the residents were phenomenal

They could improve a lot on they're wait times, especially when you make an appointment & they're late calling you back 9/10 visits..other than that they treat us fine!

Usually they give the X-ray results before you leave and they didn't do that. They put me in a thumb splint and told me to wait for them to call me, this was on a Saturday. I called them later on after 12pm and they didn't have the results still and the lady on the phone was rude. She wasn't helpful at all. I'm starting to think that there care there is going down hill.

No matter what doctor I see when I go to the mercy walk-in clinic there always professional friendly polite courteous. Fast and efficient. I never feel rushed in and out my concerns are always addressed.

Saw the folks in the Healing Center. The nurses there were very attentive and able to get me in and out timely. Nicely done ladies!
