Ed went to the wound center for 5 months after the tornado for a wound on his leg!! Very good care and results! Dr Jana and all the nurses very kind and helpful!! Told Ed exactly what they were doing and hopefully what the results would be!! It took a long time, but it finally healed!!
I've been associated with Mercy Medical Center for many years, mostly as a patient. I believe exceptional care, should be recognized, that's why, I do the survey or make a phone call. I've experienced, the mercy touch, more often than not, even before it became a slogan!!!!
As usual very friendly staff. Dr Hayes and Dr Laura are so caring. They really listen to you and do everything they can to ensure you are healthy and satisfied with your care.
They were very inattentive to my elderly mother, they will be old someday too. Nursing care has gone down hill, scince we did the same care a few years ago. It's sad.
The weekend staff was extremely attentive and caring. The staff on Monday is non-existent.
I love Mercy I delivered 3 out if 4 of my kids there they was more then amazing each time great with my other kiddos and my husband and the doctors went above and beyond and now upcoming I will be going in for surgery and I choose Mercy because I know that they will take very good care of me and also that when all other hospitals can't tell me what's wrong Mercy will and will run tests to see what they can figure it out to be able to answer all my questions
You people were so awesome it was like I was sitting in my rec room watching Indy cars!
I had surgery in April and my stay there was great. The staff was wonderful and even the food was great. Going back for a second surgery soon and I have no worries about my care
