Love Dr Booth he is the best but today when I called I was shocked by how extremely rude Sharon was to me on the phone. Just because I was on the phone and not in the office in person does NOT mean my call is not important. To talk snippy and condescending to a patient is beyond unacceptable. I will not change doctors because like I said Dr Booth is terrific but I will be having a conversation with him about you at my next appointment

I absolutely love mercy pediatrics inpatient care unit (8th floor). They were great when she was sick with pneumonia this past March. And more than great with her having her tonsils removed this morning. So mind easing to trust your care provider, especially with your child.

They should not prescribe medicine unless they are sure what the problem is. Seen 3 times all wrong. 3 days later saw Iowa eye care finally right, because they know what the problem is.

Never have I ever felt more disrespected before in my life. Felt like everything I was saying was completely ignored. I rather die in my bed then ever have to come to this hospital. Whatever doctor I had needs to take lessons again in bed side manners.
