The nurses and staff on the 9th Floor are AWESOME!! Out of 2 stays for almost 20 days only had one mistake from a new employee. We are only human! They treat you like family!! I will always return to Mercy!
Marty in the ICU was the most amazing nurse we could have ever asked for. The last 2 days of my mothers life he truly was wonderful!
They need people in there that knows how to put an IV in the arm with out searching for the veins
