Am actually here right now in the ER with my mother. This is our 1st time here and will be the last. There is ZERO communication between any of the staff, the nurse (CJ) is condescending and arrogant, needless to say we will NEVER come back. My 70-year old mother deserves better treatment.

When my dad had his fall from the city sidewalk ice last Winter, My family was SO GLAD He chose Mercy Over ST Luke’s! Almost All the Staff are So friendly, dedicated, and Hard Working to provide the BEST Health Care Possible! I Would Go here for Emergencies for not, I’m choosing Mercy Over ST. Luke’s any day! 👍😀

Mercy has always been my hospital. I had numerous surgeries and 3 children there. Many trips to Emergency Room. Only one time I was I at other hospital and that was not my choice. My experience was not good. I feel at home at Mercy.

Dr. Hayes office does not provide the basic service of call, text, or email reminders that all other doctors offices do and if you miss your appointment you made months ago, they kick you out of the practice. No second chances here!
