There to visit my aunt that was in the hospital and wanted something to eat at 11pm. I was at the later night window that I had been directed to standing behind a gal that was in scrubs. She could have been a nurse, not entirely sure. Well, the young man running the menu was exceptionally rude to her when she ordered her dinner. I absolutely love mercy pediatrics inpatient care unit (8th floor). They were great when she was sick with pneumonia this past March. And more than great with her having her tonsils removed this morning. So mind easing to trust your care provider, especially with your child.

Never have I ever felt more disrespected before in my life. Felt like everything I was saying was completely ignored. I rather die in my bed then ever have to come to this hospital. Whatever doctor I had needs to take lessons again in bed side manners.
