Wendy Dennis is a joke. Went to urgent care for quick check on my bronchitis. This dumb lady comes in the room w/o looking at me told me I had the flu. I highly recommended that you go to your normal doctor than this place.

Truly the only hospital I've ever been too that genuinley cares about its patients. Their generosity and compassion have literally brought me to tears. Thank you Mercy for being the best

At a most difficult time, my husband was treated with respect. It didn't matter how busy the nurses were, help was soon on the way.

Well, I had to make a 2nd round to this place. First diagnosis was severe chest cold and severe cough. Was prescribed antibiotics, prednisone & an inhaler. That was all week and a half ago. Yesterday, I went back bcuz I still had this crazy cough, raw throat and my tongue is raw. Doc didn't diagnose me with anything. He put me on different antibiotics more prednisone and tessalon (something to numb lungs and less urges to cough). Then I was told if I'm not better by Monday go to the ER. Ok, but what do I have? I had a cold, that I just couldn't shake... had already been to my family Dr, 2 weeks earlier, and I could tell it was moving into my chest, but it was Saturday, and my family dr wanted couldn't get me in, so I Chose MercyCare South. Fast! unbelievably fast!!! I don't think I was in the building more than 30 minutes! and he prescribed the RIGHT STUFF! I was Over It, in a week and have been feeling great ever since! THANKS MercyCare South! you're my GO TO!
