They responded rather quickly by email. So I had arrived in on Friday to test drive the car, it was very nice , apart from the fact , it’s too over priced, and they also forgot to mention that the caulking in the vehicle needed to be fixed. Anything maintenance with this vehicle, really should have been taken care off, prior to any customer taken the car for a test drive. So over all very disappointing .

Vito was very helpful, respectful and professional. He gave me as much detail as possible regarding the GLE 350 and allowed me to take my time to decide the vehicle that I wanted.

Was contacted almost immediately by their BDC, negotiated the price down $1,000 to the price it was originally listed for on CarGurus, and made an appointment to see it with the anticipation of buying it. Everything went smoothly pre-sale, and the salesperson and finance manager were pleasant to work with. It was only after I signed paperwork and they had their money that my experience turned less than pleasant.
