Excellent dealership and smooth transaction. Sara Prince is absolutely magnificent, she took care of the entire transaction including out of state registration and delivered the vehicle as promised. I definitely recommend MB of Natick to anyone in search of a vehicle. Top notch.

The vehicle is advertised at MSRP. I called in but the dealer said they will sell it $30K above MSRP. They dont honor the advertised price.

Dominic from Natick Mercedes-Benz made several appointments for me and kept calling me to follow up for said appointments. I explained to him my lack of transportation since my SUV was rear-ended. He offered to have someone from the dealership pick me up. At any rate, this car was sold the same morning I was able to make it in. They called to notify me. However, I went in anyway and found something else that I am more interested in. Drew was very professional, patient, and attentive. I can't wait to be in my new ride!
