I called the night before to make sure that the car was still available and they assured me that was available, when I got to the dealer when they open surprise the car was sold.

This was a very positive process. The dealer was first class and easy to work with. I made an appointment to check out the car and do a test drive. It was a very simple process and I am picking up the car shortly. The dealership was knowledgeable and helpful.

Horrible customer service. Won’t explain the math for any deals lease or finance. Valued my 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with 21300 miles in absolutely perfect condition at 23k when NADA had trade in listed for 34,500. When I brought this up they looked at me like I said I had a spaceship and refused to acknowledge anything. Also the car they showed us had 7700 miles on it but they considered it “brand new” because it had never been titled. In what world does a brand new car have almost 10k miles on it. The vehicle is advertised at MSRP. I called in but the dealer said they will sell it $30K above MSRP. They dont honor the advertised price.
