Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We called, set up an appointment to see a car. Specifically asked if someone else comes see this car what would happen. We were advised not to worry, if anyone’s else comes by we would get a called, “ the car is reserved for you”. We get a called at 9am the day of the appointment asking if we’re still going, we confirmed. We showed up to our appointment to find out the car was just sold and we were never contacted like we were told. Extremely unprofessional.
The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the car was not what I was looking for.
