I found the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury showed deception and ethical issues. While the staff seemed eager to help, there were disturbing issues: 1. Superficiality. A sales representative sent a video demonstrating the engine by revving it at cold start and stating the cabin was quiet with the front door open. Not too smart. See the video. 2. At first I was already not fully convinced on making the trip all the way down to Natick when I live further away but after the manager, Dominic, constantly emailing me about the vehicle, I gave in. Once I arrived, I was told that the Honda Civic I was supposed to look at today was sold. It was a waste of my time and very unprofessional on their part, especially after not informing me until I got to the dealer that the Honda Civic I came in for was pending for another buyer. Worst experience I ever had very unprofessional.
I called the night before to make sure that the car was still available and they assured me that was available, when I got to the dealer when they open surprise the car was sold.
