Terrible experience with this dealer. Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle. Confimed multiple times. Drove all the way down there and they told me the vehicle was sold & let me walk out. I would never go back

I found the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury showed deception and ethical issues. While the staff seemed eager to help, there were disturbing issues: 1. Superficiality. A sales representative sent a video demonstrating the engine by revving it at cold start and stating the cabin was quiet with the front door open. Not too smart. See the video. 2.
