This is by Fire one of the worst experience I have ever had with Mercedes. I brought my vehicle and I saw their vehicle we were talking and then the salesman come back and says we have to charge you $15,000 of MSRP. I said why that makes no sense. He couldn’t figure out why his manager told him that. But then he said if I sell my vehicle somewhere else they’ll give me what the vehicle says. The worse experience! This dealer kept calling me for a week, I finally go an hour out my way to find out they make their own rules. I was pre-approved through my credit union for this vehicle, which I explained through email and a phone call before going there. The sales manager comes over, looks at the check as if it was Monopoly money and states it’s not a cashiers check. Duh! Went for a test drive. I wanted to see service records of the car. They said they would get them to me monday and i never heard from them again
Sold the car but never took omit down. They are using it for bait
