the dealership is 1st class. greeted right at the door, by friendly professionals. the account person, explained very clearly all the steps we took to purchase the car. low pressure, very happy with the experience.

Called to make appt to see car. Was told car was available and set a appt. I proceeded to Drive 1 hour 20 minutes and then got a message that car actually had a deposit on it and wasn’t available. Then I was told I could still come and look and car but not drive it and leave a deposit if I liked it just in case. Complete waste of time.

Brian Trebica was very helpful during the entire process of buying it. Whole team at Natick ( herb chambers ) were absolutely professional about the sale and I realized how they got their superb reputation on line. Readily recommend this dealership to any one who is planning to buy a car

Terrible over the phone sales representatives, I got the run around over the phone for a vehicle that was for sale and was told a deposit was taken but than my wife called later and miraculously it was still available . I had a check in hand to pick it up but they lost out on a sale, Maybe it wasn’t worth their time for a $50,000 truck.

The dealership seemed rude and made it seem that they were being "inconvenienced" by me asking them question!! Here is direct quote from the email of their BDS manager! "XXX is with a customer...[ ]. XXX will contact you when he is able" I never heard back from them!!
