I’m very unhappy with MB of Georgetown. We have taken our Benz to them 3 times. They called us and said the problem we were having was due to a button we needed to push. On our way from picking it up, it was doing the same thing! Grrrrr! Now I’m going to take it to a real mechanic that will investigate the problem. They must not be test driving it AFTER they so called fixing it! NOT HAPPY!
My Sales rep Tim Ewald was great. After inquiring about a vehicle online I received a call back almost immediately . The car buying process there was tremendously easy. This was the first time a dealer didn’t promise to beat my pre-approved rate or haggle me into buying an extended warranty. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease a vehicle .

I came in panicking about an issue with my tire an hour before they closed. They went above & beyond to resolve the issue even though it turned out not to be their issue at all. Long story, but I was very impressed with their customer support and making me feel important as a customer. Beautiful new facility as well.
