From the time I drove up my service advisor Tom was amazing, he explained to me what was going to happen with my B service today. Tom offered me a loaner or stay with vehicle, I accepted the loaner. The first loaner had some things they were working on and Mr Adam came in an offered me a different loaner thanks to the entire staff that took care of me and my vehicle today. 16 Nov 2019
Incredibly helpful and upfront about pricing for services. Tried to get me upgraded to a current model, and when the numbers didn’t work out there was no hassle or pressure. They know I’ll be back in the future, and they’re completely right!
