I want to compliment our salesperson Tim Ewald. He made the trade in and purchase process pleasant. He went out of his way for us. He let us go at our own pace and we never felt uncomfortable. He is a true professional and I highly recommend asking for him when you go to this MB dealership. And the dealership itself is spotless and classy. Thumbs up on all points.
We spotted a beautiful Toyota Avalon on their website. We weren’t sure about buying a car with all the COVID stuff and social distancing, but Tim worked with us by phone, text, and email - even sending us video of the car. When we got to the dealership, he already had the car pulled around and unlocked so we could look at it. Tim and Jeremy (finance director) made the whole process go smoother and faster than any car buying experience we’ve ever had. If you want to have a great car buying experience, go see Tim!
The Awesome and Friendly Service Dept. did a great job and my car was ready when they said it would be.
I was not happy with the fact I spent a good amount of money and I asked my advisor to tell the service crew to wash my car from the outside he said yes they already did and no it wasn’t washed at all!!! I never had that problem when I lived in Maryland the dealership always returned my car cleaned!!! Not happy about the situation to be honest.
As always their service is impeccable!
