RecommendedTim was the only salesperson to call me back from CarGurus, CarMax, or even Carvana. As soon as I made an online inquiry he was calling me. I was surprised at the fast response. I can not say enough about the sales staff of the dealership. Jacob S. of internet sales promptly reached out to me regarding my inquiry. Tim Ewald met with me in the late evening to assist me in my purchase. Tim you rock! Abner Garcia was a patient and professional finance manager. The service department is equally exceptional. I have been a MB customer for over 17 years and no other dealership tops MB of Georgetown! Great job!

Worst place to buy a car
Not impressed with Jarrod service advisor. However Adam fixed it. In the future I want Daniel Reichert only to handle my service Plus Carlos who sold me my E350 is the BEST!
Recent grad, first time leasing. Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown, particularly Tim Ewald, made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. He answered all of my questions with patience and forthrightness. It was an all around positive experience, and I’d do business with them again in the future.
After spending 3 months researching various car makes and models I decided to go with Mercedes Benz. This is my first experience with MB and I have to say not only did I make a great car choice, but the team at MB of Georgetown has been incredible!
