Mercedes of Georgetown answered my call with a check engine light, scheduled me immediately and cleared the issue in less than an hour. Further, they identified a factory recall, which they resolved immediately and investigated a point of frustration I barely mentioned that “we could get to later” that ended up being an actual issue they also resolved!! Highly recommend.

Found my vehicle on cars.com. Went to dealership website. Left my name and number. A nice knowledgeable young internet director Jacob Steger contacted us immediately. After going over questions and getting answers we drove to Georgetown TX. Everything was exactly as represented to us. The paperwork went flawlessly and we were on our way in our new Certified Pre Owned 2019 Mercedes. Good people and nice facilities.
