RecommendedMy Mercedes RV service advisors did level 3 service as recommended on the RV computer. They also recommended having a trickle charger, with minder, to stop charging when not needed, for the months that I am not RVing. That way I can trickle charge so my batteries do not wear all the way down. This was wonderful! Above & Beyond!!!

Service ok, but Im warning you, don’t buy an extended warranty from M-B of Georgetown. 3 for 3 on them not covering repairs. They always find a way to NOT cover major repair expenses. Apparently, nothing is covered. Spoke to manager Jeremy Maldonado; no help. Poor, poor, poor.

I am sure it is frustrating when a policy you purchase to protect yourself doesn’t cover your car’s failure. Please understand, MB of Georgetown does not choose not to cover a failure. In fact, we get paid to make repairs, therefore, we love covered failures. Extended warranties are actually insurance policies that are underwritten to cover certain component failures. When you have a failure that is not covered by your insurance policy, MB is forced to charge you for the repair costs instead of your contract. Luckily we have... read more
