Josh, my Service Representative, has been extremely helpful every time I have had my Sprinter into the shop. He has taught me several different things about my Sprinter that the RV dealer didn’t instruct us on one example is the cut off switch below the dash that cuts all battery power when storing it for season. I was checked in in a timely manner the staff was very helpful and polite. I had to get a loner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. I thought it would be a hassle but turned out to be very painless.
