First Time servicing my new 2019 Mercedes. I felt like they took too long! 41/2 hours when I was told 21/2. I waited and will not do that again. Will give them a second chance and get a loaner next time!
Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown always does an excellent job of meeting all my expectations. I get updates on when my vehicle will be done How much it will be. My service advisor Tom Ballou was very thoughtful making sure that I had up to the minute information about my vehicle and is able to pick it up at my convenience

Saturday service available and my sprinter van is always washed! Quick , reliable service. Coffee drinks and snacks help during wait periods

My “service” was just the State inspection and a yearly GPS upgrade. A nice ,”loaner” was provided. The temporary service area isn’t all that bad.
